Our Story
What started as a tiny roastery in a garage has grown into a neighbourhood ritual. We travel to origin, build relationships with farmers, and roast every batch by hand — because great coffee deserves that kind of attention.
Our beans are scored 85+ on the SCA scale, roasted within the week, and brewed with precision. No shortcuts, no compromise.
We buy directly from farmers, paying 40% above Fair Trade minimums.
Every bag is roasted within 7 days of your order. Never stale, always peak.
